Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join the Houston Methodist Baytown team. To meet the rapidly expanding needs of the community, the Palliative Care Physician must be committed to providing unparalleled patient care with a primary responsibility for treating patients in an outpatient setting to reduce or control pain and debilitating symptoms and in driving discussions about goals of care, prognosis, treatment options, and advanced care planning. In addition, the successful candidate will lead a team of 3 experienced Palliative Care inpatient NPs.
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Care
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing.
- Candidates with experience or new residents/fellows are welcome to apply.
