This position is to assist the Director of Leasing and MOB Leasing staff with lease administration activities consisting of 340 lease agreements in 9 medical office buildings (assigned properties) of the medical office building portfolio containing 1.5 million square feet, focusing on serving the needs of both professional and retail tenants. Responsibilities also include tenant relations and communication, lease revenue and tenant improvement budgeting, and leasing and occupancy reports.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years related experience in commercial office building leasing, lease/contract administration and property management

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills and analytical abilities are required. Good knowledge of terms utilized in lease and lease related documents is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
This position has normal office environment conditions. Frequent inspections of property required to inspection of vacant suites and high-quality maintenance of building operations and tenant services. Travel to off-site office buildings to maintain relationships with tenants and familiarity with property conditions will also be required. No significant physical effort required.
