JOB SUMMARY
At Houston Methodist, the Audio/Visual Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing Houston Methodist (HM) audio/visual (a/v) needs both in the HM Conference Center and off-campus as requested. This position develops and hosts a/v training sessions for end-users; assisting with a/v expansion of services and overall equipment management. The Audio/Visual Coordinator position coordinates video production, videoconferencing, photography, etc., for Houston Methodist system special events and conference services. This position serves as the subject matter expert for a/v technical support, resulting in the delivery of exceptional service and adherence to standards of practice for optimal patient safety, quality outcomes, and customer service.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Five years experience in audio/visual technology, production, etc.
