Work Week: M - F
The Project Manager I (PM I) will be responsible for the coordination of all current and ongoing activities of the program in relation to the development program products and its collaboration with the Senior Vice president of Research Institute.
The Project Manager will routinely develops, initiates and manages high-profile, moderately complex projects, ensuring completion of projects related to research and academic processes, systems linkages, documentation, reporting, metrics and review. The PM I will lead, coordinate, and complete projects from planning and design implementation to measurement and maintenance of desired outcomes with minimal supervision, develop meaningful reports to support business activities, and communicate professionally and persuasively verbally and in writing. The individual monitors milestones and identification of potential barriers to assure successful execution and stabilization of process.
Candidates must be able to handle a large number of projects simultaneously. Must also have an extensive background in Project Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management experience.

Bachelors degree in related discipline
Five (5) years of experience in related discipline to include 3 years of experience managing multiple, moderately complex projects of a significant duration.
(MBA or MHA accepted in lieu of 2 of the years of non-project experience.
MBA or MHA combined with HM Fellow satisfies all experience requirements.)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED

Ability to successfully influence others

Proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, and presentation software
