Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist to join our respected pulmonary practice at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. Located just 28 miles north of downtown Houston, The Woodlands is consistently recognized as one of the nation’s best places to live, offering excellent schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and abundant recreational and cultural amenities.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care for a wide range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer.
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including thoracic surgeons, oncologists, and respiratory therapists.
Educate and counsel patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and self-management.
No Critical Care responsibilities.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
MD from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine
Clinical experience managing a broad spectrum of pulmonary and sleep-related conditions
Stong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
