Senior Scientific Writer - Faculty and Research Development

At Houston Methodist, the Senior Scientific Writer contributes to faculty success by collaborating with scientific and clinical teams to coordinate, develop, edit, and review high-quality scientific writing deliverables including grant applications, peer reviewed publications, abstracts, clinical study protocols, executive summaries, and strategic and progress reports. The Senior Scientific Writer also provides project management, mentors junior staff and writers on best practices for scientific and technical writing standards, and ensures alignment of written documents with regulations, guidelines, and institutional priorities.
