  • Speech Language Pathologist II: This team member is responsible for evaluating and developing the therapy plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuities. This position may specialize in care for certain complex patient types, through advanced training and education.
  • Speech Pathologist/IP: This team member will assess and plan treatment programs for patients relevant to physical dysfunction and implement by direct or delegated care as ordered by referring physician. He/she will serve as a professional care provider, educator, consultant and coordinator.
